Monica is a product leader with a background in customer discovery and digital transformation. She built the FT’s customer research capability bringing customer focus to product propositions and decision-making that contributed to double digit growth for the FT's digital subscription business. Following that she became a consultant on a Google News Initiative-backed programme that helps European publishers optimise and experiment with digital reader revenue. Monica now leads commercial and product success of Curated Meetings @Hyve, a B2B platform bringing buyers and suppliers together in the retail sector.
